Why I do not need talk radio

Why I do not need talk radio growing up I would watch the nightly news there was a segment of Soviet Union leader Leonid Brezhnevv being driven in a motorcade. The car he was driven in was Mercedes Benz. It said the Soviet Union had a first rate military and economy of a third world country. So who paid the price no one in the ruling political class? It was the average person standing in line for their daily ration of bread and vodka. So what does this have to do current events? Congress passed the so called energy bill with cap and trade. People on the stock exchange will make money by trading carbon credits , political parties in Washington DC will gain power and who will pay the average person thats who. I would think they would what to have some success with the Great Society projects of the 1960ies before they try and control the temperature of the world. So have a happy fourth of July and enjoy your freedom while you can.

Busy with life

Busy with life that is what I have been doing lately, went to my oldest son’s IEP meeting early this month which was changed so he qualified for summer school which starts next week. One more day of work and I will be off with for the summer. Over the long weekend went camping at Oakwood State Park caught my first fish in South Dakota. Camping was fun but work at the same time. Yesterday after unpacking the van and mowing the yard I still rode the trainer, looking forward to back on the road.
